• Timeframe: You may return your bracelet within 10 days of delivery.

• Condition: Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Exceptions: Due to the metaphysical nature of the product, customized or worn items cannot be returned. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our body care items—including lotions, oils, washes, and scrubs—we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our offerings for all customers.

  We encourage patch testing before full use, and we’re always happy to answer questions prior to purchase to help you find the perfect match.

💸 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
